Shipping policy

Orders take 3-4 working days to be processed.

Once processed, your order is shipped to our facility via FedEx, usually taking 6 working days. Please note: the order undergoes customs security at all airports during the shipment process. This can sometimes create 1-2 day delay.

Upon arrival, your order undergoes sanitisation, quality checking and packaging to be shipped to your location the following day.

We ship packages via Royal Mail special delivery, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide.

Once shipped and our account updated, the tracking number will be emailed to you for you to track at your convenience.
