The customer service is just as incredible. Even when there was a communication issue due to a system error, Sandra and her team were so polite, understanding, and willing to hear me out. We were able to resolve everything, and they were extremely accommodating.

I’ve had my wig for two weeks now and the hair is lovely and silky! I opted for a medium size with front layers and curls. The curls were in place, the size was perfect and the layers are perfect when the hair is straightened or curled. I will definitely be back for more hair as I honestly couldn’t be happier. I would also like to mention that the custom service was immaculate; speedy responses and soo friendly and kind.
