At BySandraAmika, every wig is carefully handcrafted, customised and styled to our luxury standard before leaving our studio.

We pride ourselves on quality over quantity, ensuring every order receives the time and attention it deserves.

Made-to-Order Collection

Our made-to-order wigs are created especially for you from the moment your order is placed.

Standard turnaround: 3–4 weeks (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

During promotional periods or sales, processing times may increase to approximately 4–5 weeks due to a higher volume of orders.

Once your wig has been completed, quality checked and prepared for dispatch, you will receive confirmation that your order is on its way.

Ready to Customise Collection

Our Ready to Customise Collection has been designed for customers who would like to receive their wig much sooner than our standard made-to-order turnaround.

These units are already in stock and ready to be professionally customised in your chosen colour and finish.

Please note that Ready to Customise units are available in limited quantities and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once a unit has sold, it will return to our standard made-to-order turnaround.

Our Fast Track Service prioritises your order, allowing your wig to be professionally customised and dispatched significantly faster than our standard turnaround.

Fast Track pricing is charged in addition to the cost of your wig and is subject to availability.

Please note that Fast Track refers to the production and dispatch of your order only. Delivery times will depend on your shipping destination and chosen courier.

Shipping Information

Once your order has successfully passed our quality control process, it will be securely packaged and prepared for dispatch.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery and typically arrive the next working day or following day after dispatch.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 1–3 working days
• USA & Canada: 2–4 working days
• Rest of the World: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include your production or customisation time.

Whilst we always aim to dispatch orders within the advertised timeframe, BySandraAmika cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, adverse weather, industrial action, public holidays or any other circumstances outside of our control.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT and handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

BySandraAmika has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be payable. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Should a parcel be refused due to unpaid customs charges, any shipping costs, return fees or customs charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refund Policy

Wig Units

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wig units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes:

• Made-to-Order Wigs
• Ready to Customise Wigs
• Custom Coloured Wigs
• Ready-Made Wigs
• Installed Wigs

Once your order has been dispatched or fitted during an appointment, it is considered final.

If you believe your order has arrived with a manufacturing fault or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs, so that we can investigate the matter.

Wig Measurements

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct cap size and measurements are selected when placing an order.

BySandraAmika cannot be held responsible for wigs that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements or an incorrect cap size selected during checkout.

If you are unsure which cap size is suitable, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Lace Systems & Hair Bundles

Refunds for lace systems and hair bundles are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they:

• Have not been worn, installed, washed or altered.
• Remain unused and in their original condition.
• Are returned in their original packaging.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 1–2 working days for bank transfer refunds.
• 5–7 working days for Shopify or card refunds, depending on your payment provider.

Appointment Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to secure an alternative appointment.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Whilst we cannot guarantee changes, we will always do our best to accommodate genuine situations where possible.
