Shipping Information
Orders take 3–5 business days to be processed. Once complete, they are handed over to our trusted shipping partner, FedEx, who delivers the hair to our facility. You will then receive an email with your wig’s completion date, along with images to confirm you’re happy with the final look. From start to finish, shipping and processing typically take around 3–4 weeks (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Customised wig orders placed during a sale will take roughly 4-5 weeks to complete (excluding weekends and bank holiday holidays)
Please note: Special Delivery is Royal Mail shipping service to your location once we have received the order and undergone our standard procedures or customisation services.
We ship packages via Royal Mail special delivery or first class signed for, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide.
Once Royal Mail has received the package, we are not responsible for any delays due to loss, bank holidays, strikes or delayed service .
Refund Policy
WIG UNITS
Due to hygiene and health and safety laws, we do not offer refunds for custom and pre made wig units. Please note: once the unit has been shipped from our location or installed at an appointment, it is non-refundable.
Measurements must be taken accurately as the unit is made according to the measurements provided. Please note: we are not responsible for non-accurate measurements resulting in the unit not fitting.
LACE SYSTEMS + BUNDLES
Refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the hair must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
If your request is successful, you’ll be provided with a return address and refunded via the platform you made the order through. Please note: this could take either 1-2 working days, if bank transfer or 5-6 working days, if through Shopify (but you'll be emailed once completed).
APPOINTMENTS
A non-refundable deposit is required in the case of cancellations or rescheduling.
If you wish to have your appointment rescheduled, a new deposit will be required. However, due to the coronavirus, if you are ill, please contact us and it will be rescheduled for free!
