No waiting weeks for your unit to arrive. The hair is on hand, in our studio, and ready to be transformed into your perfect wig.
What Does "Ready to Customise" Mean?
Unlike our Made-to-Order Collection, where your unit is sourced and crafted from the moment you place your order, our Ready to Customise units are already in stock and held at our studio. This means we can begin the customisation process almost immediately after your order is confirmed.
Each unit is professionally customised to your chosen colour and finish by our expert team — the same luxury standard, just delivered to you much sooner.
Turnaround Times
Once your order is placed, your unit will be customised and prepared for dispatch within the following timeframes:
No Colour Change
- Dispatched within 3 working days
Jet Black
- Dispatched within 4 working days
Brown Shades
- Dispatched within 4 working days
Highlights & Custom Colouring
- Dispatched within 5 working days

Please Note
- Ready to Customise units are available in limited quantities and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Once a unit has sold, it will revert to our standard Made-to-Order turnaround of 3–4 weeks.
- Turnaround times refer to production and dispatch only and do not include delivery time to your destination.
- As with all our wig units, Ready to Customise wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the bespoke and hygienic nature of the product.
